Website terms

Terms of Service

Rules for using the PhindAI website, developer content and AI tools.

Acceptance of these terms

By using PhindAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its AI features.

Developer information is not a guarantee

AI responses and technical articles are provided for informational and development assistance. They may contain errors, outdated information or code that is not suitable for your specific environment. You are responsible for testing and reviewing any code before use.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to bypass rate limits, extract provider credentials, disrupt the service, upload malware or use the website to violate third-party rights.

Your content

You are responsible for the text and code you submit. Do not provide content you are not authorized to share. Do not submit credentials, confidential data or sensitive personal information unless you have determined that the processing is appropriate.

Third-party services

The AI functionality may depend on third-party APIs and infrastructure. Their availability, terms and behavior can change independently of PhindAI.

Intellectual property

The site's original design, written content and branding are protected to the extent allowed by law. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability

The service may be modified, rate-limited, suspended or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or indexing/ranking in search engines.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PhindAI is not liable for losses caused by relying on unverified AI output, generated code, external links or third-party service interruptions.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@phindai.net.

AI usage and acceptable behavior

Users may use the assistant for lawful programming and educational tasks. Automated scraping of the AI endpoint, attempts to obtain server secrets, intentional denial-of-service activity or use that violates provider policies is prohibited.

Changes to generated code

You are responsible for decisions made with generated output, including licensing checks, dependency selection, security review, testing and deployment. If a generated answer references a third-party project, review that project's license and official documentation before adoption.

Search engines and third-party discovery

The site may expose public URLs through navigation, XML sitemaps and IndexNow. These mechanisms notify or assist search engines, but the search engine independently decides whether to crawl, index, rank, summarize or cite the content.

Changes to the service

Features, models, limits and third-party integrations may change. Material legal changes should be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
