Privacy Policy
How PhindAI handles website usage data, AI prompts and third-party services.
Information you provide
When you use the AI tool, the text you enter is transmitted to our server for processing. The server may forward that text to the configured AI service provider. Contact messages may include your name, email address and message content.
Information collected automatically
Web servers typically record IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, response status and similar diagnostic information. These logs can be used for security, abuse prevention, debugging and service reliability.
AI provider processing
The AI feature relies on a third-party model provider configured by the site operator. Provider processing and retention are governed by that provider's applicable terms and data policies. Avoid entering confidential source code, credentials or personal information unless you have independently confirmed that doing so is appropriate.
Cookies and local storage
The current public experience does not require an account. The site may use limited local browser storage for interface preferences or abuse prevention. If analytics, advertising or additional services are added later, this policy should be updated before those services are enabled.
Security
Reasonable technical measures are used, including server-side secret storage and access restrictions on configuration files. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit content to the AI interface. For questions about information you have sent through the contact channel, email hello@phindai.net.
Children
The service is not designed to collect personal information from children. Users should follow applicable age requirements for any third-party AI provider used through the site.
Policy changes
Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page. Review the policy when the site's data practices or third-party services change.
Data minimization
The site should collect only information needed to operate the service, diagnose failures and respond to inquiries. If a future feature requires accounts, analytics, advertising or payments, the data categories, legal basis where applicable, retention and third-party recipients should be documented before launch.
Prompt content and source code
Developers often work with proprietary code. Before sending any code to an AI service, confirm that you have authority to share it and that doing so complies with your employer, client and provider policies. Prefer minimal examples with fake identifiers over full repositories or production data.
Retention and deletion
This static website package does not include a local database that stores AI prompts. Hosting providers and the configured AI provider may process or retain request data according to their services and account settings. Site operators should review those settings and update this policy if they enable additional logging or storage.
International users
Privacy requirements vary by country and user relationship. The site operator is responsible for evaluating applicable laws, contractual obligations and consent requirements for the services actually enabled on the live site.
